Protect Your License and Promote Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture
Do you support the independent practice of acupuncture in Wisconsin as defined in Wisconsin Chapter 451; the licensure of acupuncturists using the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) board examination, and:
Do you oppose allowing chiropractors to practice acupuncture with less than this standard?
It doesn’t matter what party they belong to as long as they will support Wisconsin Chapter 451.
Most members of professional organizations encourage their members to make meaningful campaign donations to representatives whose view and beliefs are similar to their members'. A small donation, such as $25, $50, or $100, goes a long way to tell a representative or candidate that their views on specific issues are appreciated.
“Acupuncture" means promoting, maintaining or restoring health or diagnosing, preventing or treating disease based on traditional Oriental medical concepts of treating specific areas of the human body, known as acupuncture points or meridians.
Providing nutritional guidance and recommending Chinese herbs and nutriceuticals based upon a ZangFu diagnosis.
Applying manual, thermal or electrical stimulation or any other secondary therapeutic technique.
